Loretta Iannalfo

Every group has its diva. The prim, proper, vocally precise musician who knows her pitch and can belt a note with strength and confidence. Among the second sopranos, she is affectionately known as “Diana Ross.” When she is absent, the Supremes simply are not the same.

Loretta Iannalfo carries the diva title with style and complete self-assurance. She understands the role and embraces it fully. Though petite in stature, she is a powerhouse in sound and presence—an unmistakable anchor within the section.

Her impact extends far beyond the risers. Behind the scenes, Loretta is the creative visionary who curates the props and imagines the transformation of the Holiday Bay Room long before the doors open. What the audience experiences as warmth, charm, and atmosphere begins in Loretta’s mind.

Through her thoughtful planning and artistic eye, an ordinary space becomes a fully realized Choraleers production. Each concert feels intentional, polished, and beautifully complete because of her touch.

We extend sincere thanks to Loretta for her many years of devoted service as a board member and leader within the Choraleers. Alongside her husband, Al—who graciously and good-naturedly steps into whatever role is needed—the two have given generously to this organization. Al’s memorable turn as a suave villain in our James Bond concert brought both humor and flair, and audiences can look forward to his next appearance as Uncle Sam this May.

Together, Loretta and Al continue to contribute creativity, dedication, and heart to every production.
